| Michele Parchman - CoFounder & Operations Manager. Michele has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Texas A&M - Commerce. She learned her business, people, and project management skills working for Sealed Air Corporation as a top sales rep. Michele now uses those abilities to lead the SFR team as they help seniors move from their current home to a new residence. Michele loves the hands on approach and you may see her working alongside the packing, moving and unpacking teams. Her passion is working with seniors. Michele believes and models that the clients' move from their home to a retirement community should be the BEST experience a senior ever has when moving. Michele and the SFR team strive to hear: "That was the easiest move I have ever made!"
Sandy Nauta - CoFounder & Marketing Director. Sandy is a graduate of Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. College summers were spent working as a packer for a moving company and the techniques learned during those years are the basis of the pack training each SFR employee receives. Her 21 year sales career provided an excellent background in project management and develping and maintaining long term business relationships. Sandy's calm, compassionate demeanor gives clients the comfort of knowing that SFR will make the transition process smooth and easy for them.

James-Fort Worth Branch Manager. James has his Bachelor of Science in Human Relations from High Point University in North Carolina. James spent a summer interning for SFR and fell in love with the clients and the feeling of accomplishment when working for seniors moving. James' energy is contagious and he has the passion for making clients' packing, moving, and unpacking experience the BEST. James has been with SFR since 2010.
Beth-Relocation Specialist. Beth has her Bachelor in Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis on Interior Design from Texas State University. Beth's talents allow her to work with the senior communities and the clients in many ways-from marketing, packing, moving, and unpacking for our clients. Beth has an amazing decorative eye and many clients rave about how she placed their artwork and furniture! Beth has been with SFR since 2009.

| Denise - Move Coordinator. Denise is an honors graduate of Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL with a B.S. in Business Administration and double majors in Marketing & Management. We want to congratulate Denise for winning the ETHEL award in 2010. The Ethel award is given to one that has demonstrated Excellence, Empathy, and Emotional ownership at SFR. A mother of 3 girls, she has stayed busy managing a household, coordinating schedules and volunteering with the schools. These things. combined with her education, give her a keen sense of detail and great care for handling others' belongings. Her mother is her inspiration and motivation to work with our seniors. She is blessed by working for and getting to know our clients. Denise has been with SFR since 2008.
Michael - Crew Lead. Michael is a graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Michael takes pride in utilizing the proper methods of packing, moving, and unpacking of personal property. Michael's compassion and easy going nature make him a perfect fit as he works with seniors throughout the moving process. Michael inspires those around him to strive to work to the best of their abilities. Michael has been with SFR since 2008.

| Paul -- Crew Member. Paul has been wtih SFR since early 2010. Paul is a native to the Dallas area where he and his wife make their home. Paul has many skills that make the client happy to have Paul helping them move such as hanging flat panel TVs and connecting the computers.
Pedro-Crew Member. Pedro has been with SFR since 2011. Pedro's calm demeanor is a gift that puts our clients at ease. Pedro recognizes helping seniors move from their homes to a senior community is all about customer service and the experience the senior has.

Fred -- Crew Member. Fred has his Bachelor of Science in Art and Design from the university of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana. Fred's positive, can do attitude ensures the clients' pack, move, and unpack will be as easy as possible for the client. Fred's constant answer to every request is:YES! Fred has been with SFR since 2011.
Matt -- Crew Member. Matt was a firefighter in Indiana prior to moving to Texas in 2010. Matt enjoys the physical tasks of packing, moving, and unpacking for seniors becuase of the satisfacation he feels from a job well done.

Leisa -- Crew Member. Lisa studied business at Southeastern Oklahoma State and spent 10 years managing Walgreens stores. Leisa's natural ability to connect with people makes her a favorite with clients. Lisa has been with SFR since 2011.
