I am writing to thank you and your fine staff of Michele and Michael for the wonderful experience we had in moving my mother from Dallas to Chicago.
Michele and Michael were unbelievably effecient and very helpful in making this move as easy as possible. Michele called when they arrived Tuesday evening, adn like clockwork, they arrived at The Seasons at 7AM on Wednesday. Each of them was not only very professional in moving and emptying the boxes in the apartment, but they did so in such a pleasant and helpful manner. Indeed, we were very pleased that after everything had been moved in, Michele did a splendid job of hanging my mother's pictures, plates, and Persian Rug and her momento's, and she had a wonderful "eye" for exactly where each should be placed for maxiumum effect. My mother was absolutely speechless about how the apartment was transformed from rooms with furniture to a feeling that this was now her home, as it looked so good!
Later during the day, the administrator visited and she said she has never seen such a transformation in the span of one day.
Finally, we were greatly impressed with the fact that your estimate of the moving expense was practically the same as the actual amount -- no surprises!

Three weeks ago my wife and I had to make a difficult and urgent decision to relocate my 82 year old mother into a senior living accommodation. The most important reason for this letter is that I wanted you all to know how grateful I was for the wonderful way you handled my move. You not only lived up to your agreement, but surpassed it. You came into my home completely prepared with all the supplies you would need and you proceeded in such a competent way to pack and box all of my treasures as if they were yours. You all showed me so much kindness and gentleness and there was no request I made too small or too incidental in your eyes, if that was what I wanted. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful it was that a very important part of the package was for you to unpack, put everything in order, hang up my clothes and last but not least, hang many of my pictures. As if that weren’t enough you set my computer up, the TV was taken care of and last but not least my phones were in working order.
I have not stopped applauding your efforts and your success in the handling of my move. How can I ever thank you for your kindness? I know in my heart that you will all accomplish your goal in this business as you are definitely meant to deal with seniors because of your compassionate feelings and the fact that your word is your bond…
