My parents' move was successfully completed on August 29th & we have been singing your praises ever since. If anyone has an older loved one that requires relocation, I would highly recommend your services. Three weeks ago my wife and I had to make a difficult and urgent decision to relocate my 82 year old mother into a senior living accommodation. I had meant to write this letter to all of you sooner but somehow, there was something more for me to organize. I believe you all surmised that I was someone who was not comfortable unless everything was in its proper place.
The most important reason for this letter is that I wanted you all to know how grateful I was for the wonderful way you handled my move. You not only lived up to your agreement, but surpassed it. You came into my home completely prepared with all the supplies you would need and you proceeded in such a competent way to pack and box all of my treasures as if they were yours. You all showed me so much kindness and gentleness and there was no request I made too small or too incidental in your eyes, if that was what I wanted. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful it was that a very important part of the package was for you to unpack, put everything in order, hang up my clothes and last but not least, hang many of my pictures. As if that weren’t enough you set my computer up, the TV was taken care of and last but not least my phones were in working order.
I have not stopped applauding your efforts and your success in the handling of my move. You came back and adjusted certain things without balking or finding excuses not to come. How can I ever thank you for your kindness? I know in my heart that you will all accomplish your goal in this business as you are definitely meant to deal with seniors because of your compassionate feelings and the fact that your word is your bond…
